If i enter a re-payment plan with my creditors can i at a later date go for a IVA?
Also Barclaycard are giving me alot of grief, saying that they'll give my debt to local collectors who can come to my door and talk!about my debt,is that right because the last thing i want is people at my home.
thankyou people for any input.

Hi Eddie, Yes you can have a DMP and then start an IVA at a later date. The thing with DMP's are that they are not legally binding so your creditors can still hassle you re payment, and carry on adding interest onto your original debt. I think it would be best for you to speak with one of the experts that post on here x
