what does a proposal consist of its just that 3 weeks ago my ip sent me some forms to answer and to sign ie why i wanted an iva and not bankruptsy also why i didnt want a dmp is this part of the proposal as not recieved anything since

This is not part of the proposal, but a very necessary first step to receiving a proposal. You need to telephone them on Monday to ascertain what progress is being made.
