Was your car allowance excluded from you income when the IVA offer was being calculated?

Please be careful that where ever you buy the car from that it does not exceed the allowance and check out the interest rate being quoted.

As you are in an IVA there could be problems in gaining finance, and its necessary to inform your IP of your intentions.

i know somoe one who was in a IVA needed a new car and gat an allowance, they ended up getting the company to lease a car on their behald, cause of credit checks etc, and they were able to pay the company monthly from the allowance, but it depend on what your allowance is and what it covers, ie do the company pay for fuel or is that part of the allowance?

no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life
