The answer to this question is EXACTLY WHAT DOES THE PROPOSAL SAY? The reason for this is that there are a number of different types of clause that could have been used in the proposal/modification.

That having been said it would be unusual for the proposal to say that " a minimum of £1000 " must be acheived for the sale of the shares because that was really beyond your control.

The fact that you have paid much more in to the IVA through overtime will stand you in good stead so I really don't think that you need worry too much but do have a good look at the clause in the proposal to understand exactly what you have to do.

Talk to your IP about this so you can tackle this potential problem head on. I suspect that with the overpayments you have made from the extra work you have been doing this will not be too much of an issue for your IP.

Hi
I don,t think that you can be responsible for the share price,as long as you have sold the number of shares that were proposed then you really can,t do any more.

If the shares are only worth a certain amount, so be it. As the other posters have already mentioned you cannot control the share price.

As shares fluctuate it would be quite difficult for the creditors to ask for a specific amount by a specific date. Double check your proposal to see exactly what has been asked. If you cannot make sense of it then i would contact your I.P for more clarification.
