Hi,

Contact them and explain - also send a copy of your completion letter and tell them not to contact you again.

You should have received completion before now!

Keep pestering them and make a complaint, initially through internal complaints. In the meantime you could send a copy of your initial report to show the original creditor was included.

Don't worry - they can't do anything to you.

Which company were you with and are you still on the Insolvency Register?

The debt has probably been sold on as part of a job lot -- Cabot won't even realise it was written off in an IVA until you tell them. Chase up a copy of the IVA completion certificate -- in the meantime you can ask your IP to contact Cabot and inform them of the facts.

You need a copy of the original proposal and Chairman's Report of the initial meeting to show the debt was included.
A copy of the funal report, which shows payments to the debt. And
A copy of the completion certificate, showing the IVA was completed.

Other than this your IP might be willing to contact cabot directly to confirm the situation. They cannot pursue you for the money.
