The work calls do not concern me overley as I cannot use the phone there anyway . A friend of mine on reception will stop them calling work for me and explain that he cannot put them through to me or take messages .
I will draft some letters tomorrow and forward them onto my creditors for posting on monday . There are only 3 of them so it will not take long to do . They all have my mobile number but so far I have only had one call which I missed (but no number left so it was probably a call centre anyway). My home phone number only has this pc connected to it so I will never get calls that way either . There is a phone on it provided by BT on their hub but it has a different number which has never been passed onto anyone apart from Vincent Bond .
I have no emails from them either apart from one telling me I had a letter from my bank waiting to be read (online banking) .
I wish this could all be wrapped up in a week as I just want it either started or finished one way or the other .

I do not have that information yet but will find out .
My mistake really as I were under the impression (at first) that it was all handled "in-house" .

Hi Shane,

I too am with VB and my IVA has been passed over to one of their IPs. I'm waiting for my draft proposal now. Hopefully it will be with me sometime this week or at the latest early next week. Keep us posted as to when your meeting is arranged for. Rest assured, I'm just as apprehensive as you are... it's all part of the process [8)]

Bridgestones have a good reputation on here and do have a representative who post on here.

Great firm and you don't need good luck, so best wishes for an easier ride. This hassle will soon be a distant memory and a funny story or two x

Snap.... I'm also with Bridgstones. I was advised yesterday that my draft proposal is on it's way. Only received my letter of engagement on Friday and the proposal's been drafted already! [:0] Now that's what I call service! Thanks Andy (Davie) for getting things sorted for me. You're a star!

Don't worry. Once the proposal is received, make sure you are totally happy with it, sign it and send it back. Your meeting will be here before you know it.

I should of responded earlier with an update .
I spoke with Bridgestones yesterday , my first actual contact with them , and after introductions I was told what would be happening . They sent out a pack of documents which I recieved today which I have to sign and return . They are also calling me tomorrow for a half hour discussion with them . Could be tight as I literally only have 30 mins break for lunch , but that's my problem not theirs.
Documents are signed and will be posted back to them tomorrow after a couple of questions I have for them regarding paperwork already sent to Vincent Bond , particularly my photo ID . I have non is the issue , no Photo d/Licence and only an expired passport to my name. Vincent Bond asked for a passport photo which I had countersigned by someone with the authority to countersign for a passport. Hopefully they will accpet this , but that's for tomorrow .
At last I feel that something is happening and can't wait for this process to be over.
