I'm now in final year of my IVA, but have received recently 2 statement of account from 2 creditors re defaulted loans, one even says i'm seriously behind on payment and suggests a payment plan.

Should i forward these to my IP to deal with, or just ignore them?
24/05/10 IVA completed :)

I seem to remember there being a change in the law a while back and creditors now have to send out statements once a year.

You can send them to your IP, but there's nothing to worry about.

Ignore them - you have the protection of the IVA, and the letters are probably just being sent out as a formality or because of a mistake.

If it makes you feel better, send them back to creditors with a note confirming that you are in an IVA and that they are not supposed to be bothering you.

I checked my Egg online banking a few weeks ago and although the credit card debt isn't showing any more the loan is. Surprisingly it let me withdraw the £1.45 in my savings account - the OR wasn't iterested, and Egg obviously weren't so I thought I may as well have it!
