Hi
If you are not actually in the IVA it will not be on your file just yet.Do you have any CCJ's against you ?

Hi anthony
You might find it better to sort your housing situation out before an iva, if your credit file is ok at present. You may find once in an iva that they would want about six months rent upfront or you would have to go through a private landlord.
Someone will correct me if i am wrong. I think we are the only ones up at the moment. I have to watch the grand prix as hubby woke me so I'd rather be on here.

Grrrr, the grand prix - I'm not happy!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

im having trouble moving because of my iva. yes they all want 6 months rent advance or a guarantouer.

the worst was - 100 pound credit search for me, which i knew id fail, and then the same for my guarantuer..

then if they decide im still to risky i dont get my credit search money back?
lots of payments to go.

It just seems so unfair to do this, they could just turn everybody down and make money that way.
I hope you get sorted Richard, have you heard from them yet. Try the private landlord sector or are they the same.
