Hi Stacey ... welcome to the forum. I can't personally answer your query but there are may on here who can. I'm sure one will be along soon.
When I was young I was called a rugged individualist
When I was in my fifties I was considered eccentric
Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

Hey Stacey, welcome to the forum. I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this on your own. We are all here for you on the forum and you will get great advice and support here. I would have thought that you will not have enough disposable income to warrant an Income Payment Agreement but I'm not a BR expert so please hang in there and someone a bit more in the know will be along to help you. Keep posting and have a look at our sister BR site too www.bankruptcyhelp.org.uk X

Your DLA would not be taken into account for the purposes of an Income Payments Agreement, so I do not think that you would be required to pay anything under bankruptcy proceedings.
