hi Has any one heard of reclaim your loan or credit card or ppi if you took them out before april 2007 its i think to do with the change in legislation law.Its only been around for a couple of months let me know if anyone out there has had a phone call from companys or has tried to claim ta

This sort of thing is debt avoidance. The companies say that some of the agreements were illegal. They will charge you for the privilege of doing this for you.

As far as I am concerned, when you take out credit, you are asked if you have read the terms and conditions. If you don't (and most of us are guilty of that), then you have only yourself to blame if something is wrong with it.

With an IVA, DMP or BR, at least you can hold your head up high and say that you have tried your best to pay your debts back.
