Silly question, but I have been told that I have 2 potentially successful claims for PPI.

I successfully completed my PPI back in 2008, but wondered would there be any claim to the money by my creditors.

I understand the judgement in Green and Wright case (2015) basically indicates there won't be, I just wanted to ask your advice.

The company dealing with the claim have asked if I was in an IVA in the past 10 years?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

:D :) :o
Arghhhhh!!!!!!!!!
If only I'd said NO!

The judgement in the current case has no bearing as it is under appeal. Technically the PPI still belongs to creditors as things stand, however it will depend on the amount as to whether your former IP thinks it worthwhile to get the paperwork out of archives, if, indeed, it has not already been destroyed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
