Redundancy claim to ex employers IP

Hi,
Does anyone know what claim i can put in to my ex- employer's IP. I have claimed redundancy payment and PILON form the national insurance fund.Can i claim the shortfalll from the capped redundancy payment and PILON?

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Yes - this will be a claim in your own right as a creditor, but you will only receive the same dividend payment as the other creditors included in the IVA.

Thankyou. I Have recieved an administrators report today. So do you think i should write to them and state i wish to claim the shortfall from the capped payment in lieu of notice and capped redundnacy payment i received from the national insurance fund?. Many Thanks.

Ok - I now understand that your former employer is in administration - a form of corporate insolvency.

Yes you should write to them, but I should have stated in my earlier post that your right to receive a dividend payment is subrogated to the National Insurance Fund until that creditor has been paid in full.
