Afternoon all. I have to inform everyone I now have some different info from David Mond at cleardebt. It appears I got my info wrong and jumped in as usual.
I need to apologise to them if I have shown them in a bad light. As usual they have sorted things out for me. I will be deleting this post shortly.
Keep smiling. It could be worse.

I have contacted the poster of these entries today with details of the options which are available to him and I have explained the terms of his IVA (including the relevant protocol conditions which are available on the CleaerDebt website) and how these options, therefore, apply to his particular circumstances if he does elect voluntary redundancy.

I now expect to resolve the matter in a way which is fair to the poster and to his creditors.

Please don't delete the post. It shows how important clear communication is with your IP. It's good for people to see that there may be issues but that these can be resolved.

Would agree - plus provides positive image of the iva company.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Agree - looks like David has done a good job.
