redundency payment

regarding a redundency payment if i get a job fairly quickly can i pay of just the remaining 3 years i owe or will i be expected to make an increased offer

I presume you are in an IVA currently?? I think your redundancy would be treated as a windfall and would have to be paid over.

I am sure an expert will be explain further

Yes - Ray is correct. If you get a new job relatively quickly the remaining redundancy money will form a windfall.
