Your IP deserves to be paid the fee that you and your creditors agreed that they would be paid. In these modern times of us being forced to accept fees on a percentage of realisations basis, which bear no relation sometimes to the amount of work and effort involved, it would be inappropriate to ask the IP to reduce their fee simply for you to be released from your IVA early, unless they were in agreement with this.

For the record - most of us would prefer time cost based or fixed annual dees.

it was the information on the other site which stated that. i was given the impression that if the iva no longer needed to be managed there would be no need for fees to manage it. thanks for putting me strait
