Good luck from me too cmjw78 and for anyone else applying for jobs in an IVA, the mind boggles with all the equalities and diversity issues with treating all fairly and equally that this is allowed to go on these day's. People in IVA's are not criminals and should not be treated as such, any of these people heard of human rights and civil liberties? Sorry, rant over but it boils my blood when I hear of things like this happening to good people who just want to get on with their life after doing something about their money trouble's, whilst the majority in similar situations just try and forget about it.
