I suppose you get what you pay for, as its free I don't mind but I'd want to know what they were reporting on me as they will still have some clout even if they are wrong.

Come to think of their report HSBC have been defaulting me every month since the IVA started, which I am quite mad at because if it went the duration it may mean that I'm hampered for 12 years instead of 6.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

I couldn't find a form for equifax or call credit so I just wrote to them...

I don't suppose any1 knows how long it takes to process?
its a marathon not a sprint!
