I can't believe that there is not one other creditor who cannot be contacted and persuaded about the merits of your proposals. It is fair to say that creditors will put variation proposal voting to the bottom of their pile, but these days as their representatives are very responsive I find it hard to understand why more votes cannot be secured. Of course you cannot guarantee that other creditors will not agree with the position shown by RBS.

Hi Baz
I feel that you have been let down by your IP here.
I wonder if they would have settled for one creditor voting no if the variation was to increase their fees ?
How RBS[represented by TIX]can vote NO baffles me and again goes against the banking code

14.1 We will consider cases of financial difficulty sympathetically and positively.

I wouldn,t let this one go if I were you and suggest another call to your IP and ask them what they suggest you do

Hi Baz

I don't know if they still exsist but are you not able to get Early years education vouchers any more (My joungest is 9 so they may have gone?)Also are you eligable for Tax credits? as they too offer an element dependant on income towards child care costs.

Fingers crossed your IP can sort this for you.
