Relief at last - after a very difficult 2 weeks of adjournment our F&F IVA has been accepted! Had to up our offer considerably so I'm afraid the champagne celebrations are off and we'll have to toast our debt free future in tap water (lol).

Many many thanks to Mel and Marc.

A shame that creditors did not see the merits of the initial offer - which was a fair one given the circumstances - but glad to see a sensible outcome for all concerned.

Good news eventually.

And thanks to Charlygirl for bringing a smile to my face. Sometimes I think we could all do with seeing the funny side of this situation :)

Great to hear this has finally gone through --- hopefully it is still a manageable amount.
