My partner and I are so relieved, our IVA was approved today. Yippee!
We had acquired serious debt and we felt that there was no way out until we learned of the IVA process. Originally our creditors wanted hundreds more but thanks to McCambridge Duffy things were sorted out for us. They were excellent at negotiating on our behalf. The whole process of applying for an IVA and completion was really quick. I would like to personally thank Danielle Mcconway, Rosie Short and Caroline Kealey. They were are all so warm, friendly, yet professional, it really does make a difference.
Thank God it worked out and we can try to carry on with life. I wish all of you who are awaiting your creditors meeting all the best.

Thank you, I was so scared that it may not work out, I thought I would have to go bankrupt and possibly lose my home. Just to think, 5 weeks ago I didn't even know what an IVA was.
Maybe now I can breathe again!

I'm with McCambridge Duffy also and about 6 months in and the service is still great. This forum is a godsend you know as my first IVA proposal was refused and I was so stressed. I do think all the people on here are excellent and all want to help. Fantastic. Just remember that advice is always available on here.

Congratulations from me to.

It is a great feeling to know that you dont have to dread the creditors writing and calling, and just have to think about making that one monthly payment. Its not an easy ride, but its nice to know where you stand financially and nice to look forward to being debt free.

Stick around, this site is a great source of information, a place where you are not judged, but supported by all.

Thank you all for your well wishes, you are all so warm, friendly and non judgemental.

It was actually posts from this site that helped me pluck up the courage to talk to someone about my debt in the first place. I hope that other people in the same situation find strength too. I will be updating you all on how the journey goes.

Thanks again,
Kiah
