So just spoke to the BR clerk, and he was really nice again. We can keep our bank cards, and just put a note in with the paper work saying the bank will prob allow us to keep open our account as we have no debt with them and just let them know the card numbers etc.
Our telephone interview is on 3rd Dec, with the 'examiner' and he will go through everything apparently, and hopefully make sense of it all!
Everything seems such a mess to me, but i think to them its pretty straight forward and hopefully azll will be sorted early in the new year.
Has anyone got any advice or questions that i should ask the OR in our telephone interview?
Skippy will probably be along shortly to answer your question as she went BR herself, so knows all about it!

Hi Flashingblade, I can't really think of any questions to ask the examiner as it really depends on what they ask you. I don't think I asked anything to be honest!
The best advice I was given was to answer the questions honestly, but don't elaborate on your answers (unless asked obviously!) and don't feel you have to fill any silences.
