I am in the process of my IVA,not approved yet.I have a remortgage application in progress with my partner,was hoping to get a response early,no news on it being accepted yet,still sat in someones tray.It is with the same lender with no missed payments.Is this likely to go through or will the proposed IVA going to cause a problem?If so what are my options to arrange another mortgage or am I stuck with the variable rate they will put me on?
