Hi all, currently 2 years into my IVA, my question is i have a current mortgage that has an interest rate of 7.09%, in the current climate (credit crunch etc) are there any lenders out there who take on remortgages with people in a current IVA, any help with this is appreciated.

Thanks
Keep Smiling

Hello pbe,

There are still lenders offering mortgages/remortgages to those in IVA's though the choice and rate-value has been affected by the recent financial turbulence.
