Hi
I think I can answer that for you in that 90% is the max,so 117k,in this present climate.Infact it may be even less.

hi andy i know what you are saying about the mortgage clause but at the momnt they are trying i think to get another variation which will take us down to about £200 a month we are now paying £277 over the rest of the term they wont be getting as much back as there is another 4 years to go some im sure or hoping they will accept an offer what do you think we should offer in your opinion

Andy's right to say that 90% might be the max but as always with mortgages it depends very much on individual circumstances.

There are still lenders offering 90%. When it comes to IVA's they will be interested in how long you have been in the IVA, whether your IP will confirm that the IVA has been "satisfactorily conducted", and whether the new repayments will be affordable.

There might be associated costs to factor in such as arrangement fees. Some lenders would allow these fees to be added on top of the 90%.

An independent mortgage broker would be able to match your personal circumstances with the mortgage products on offer.

Hi andrea
Your creditors are due to get 18k plus a slice of your equity. To have a F+F agreed you will have to either match that offer or convince them that your IVA will not last the five years and that they,d be better accepting an offer now.
It,s not easy and you may well have to go the full five years.
