we have been told by solicitor we have case but every solicitor wants fees and we havent got the money has anyone else been in this situation with their banks and where do we tun too. dont touch lloyds tsb bank ey worries for an iva help

Hi Kathleen, can you give a few more details about the case you mention? Was it you posting the other day about iva/br and being asked to sell your house?

Go to CAB, they may be able to advise you.

Good advice from Jan. CAB will be free and impartial and able to advise on all aspects of your case. I saw your posts about your business service going wrong but it was too technical for me. I hope your get this sorted quickly and can move back into your home.
