hi, my iva finished in February of this year and now I am looking to rent (me and hubby separating).. estate agent requested I apply for credit check through FCC Paragagon, does anyone know if this is feasible as I really do not want to go down the guarantor route..

To be honest I don't know but hopefully someone else will. Have you told them you were in an IVA? Is the IVA still on your credit files/register?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
