This is a long one sorry !! My IVA has been moved to Accuma have wrote to them and rang them about extending my iva over 12 months to make my iva more manageable as at the current payment amount it is gonna fail . Well they were definately ringing me back today so didnt leave the house and now its gone 8 so I assume no call today!!! Well today I've had a solicitors bill for £700 (i'm renewing my business lease). Theres no way I can borrow the money off my family as my mum already leant me £900 to get my car fixed which i still havent paid back. If my extension on my iva is approved by my ip is it still possible to take a repayment break as well or is it one or the other ?
Im so stressed!!

Hi again Becky

Given your circumstances you need to ask for both. I am sure that the IP will see the commercial sense of what you are proposing, but do discuss this with them as soon as possible.
