My husband was granted some Restricted Stock Units when he joined his company and some are available to sell. If we sold them could the proceeds be used for a lump sum payment to settle our arrangement?

I know normally share proceeds are treated as a windfall but given that these were gifted by the company might they be viewed differently?

These may have been assets of the IVA in any case and would have dealt with in the original proposal. If you are struggling creditors may agree a closedown but if not I would think they are captured in the IVA. You need to speak with your own IP for clarity.
