Actually - it also comes from a desire to protect my firm's fee income as best as I can, but that probably sounds greedy!
Not at all .. a symbiotic relationship is far better than a parasitic one.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Bless you lillyray - I would have loved to have acted for you, but am sure you are getting a great service from the professional who is currently acting for you.

Foggy - have you eaten a dictionary for tea tonight?

Hi All still haven't had confirmation of the review, IVA date was end of March but did the review early March and have not had a reply from IP. Spoke to them about the heating/electric bill increase and they said they are reviewing it but it is not acceptable. Not sure what to do, so stressed! First larger payment gone out this month so struggling.

Actually Mel I avoid them like the plague ! I send in my reviews on a timely basis and apart from PPI I have no contact with them what so ever!

Pick the phone up and talk to them ...your utility bills are what they are and you can't do alot about the cold weather we have had this year ...i am sure others will be faced with the same thing ..increased fuel costs
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

I can sympathise with you, we had the same problem and it made life very difficult and stressful, our company were very sympathetic on the phone but even with proof of spending on fuel, utilities etc they said it was above the limits allowed. Take heart you will get there with some creativity. Good luck to you and keep your eye on the end, it is worth it.
Life after IVA is wonderful.

They have until the end of May to finalise the review, so still plenty of time
