well the offer wasnt enough but life goes on i am just going to treat the iva like a big interest free bank loan in another 12 months i will see again if the offer is enough.one good point i suppose the review is over and no increases, now i wont hear from my ip for another 13 months then the review panic starts again[:D]

Sorry to hear you offer wasnt enough. hopefully as you say in another 12 months it may be. I am still waiting for my six month review which should have been at the end of May, ( they do a mini review of wages and I and E every six months)still the way its going it will be my annual review. I dont worry about them i will deal with any probs when they happen. I think I have done so much worrying, I just try to keep all in order and then there shouldnt be any probs. Hopefully.

Sorry to hear your offer wasn't enough, but in 12 months time you will have paid more money across, so perhaps that will make a difference.

Still, at least you haven't got to pay any extra out.
