Hi All, hope you can share your expert opinions or advise on this - a PPI Claim made sometime 2011 before IVA was rejected of which until Sept 2017 Canada Square Operations contacted me and started investigating. Already had final review of IVA - so if any winnings comes from it - obviously will declare to my IP but would they take the winnings out of my final payment?

No -- any PPI refund paid in is in addition to any already agreed payment -- a bonus, if you like, for the creditors. You would ony have payments altered if the PPI was enough to cover the full original debt and fees.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
