Do the IVA practitioners check your credit file every year aswell??

No they don't -not unless your bank statements appear to show riduculous amounts of off expenditure and income and then I would presume they would - trust is what they tend to base things on !

There would be no need to do this. Your credit file will show the IVA, and it would be difficult to get any other credit whilst you are party to insolvency proceedings.
