Hi All

Had a call today 8am exactly, from Robinson Way. They were very aggresive and threatining. Has anyone any experience of these people at all. it has left me very stressed and anxiuos. I insisted that Payplan have sent info and payment, the woman insisted they had not had neither the IandE or a payment.

what the hell are you supposed to do when you have to deal with this kind of crap.

Thanks

They start early don't they![:0] Speak to your debt management team and get them to sort it out John. You don't need the hassle, especially at that time.

Refer it to Payplan. That is what your creditors are paying them to sort out for you.

I think they are the ones who bought out our HSBC debt. We never had any problems with them at all, not during our DMP, or once we had had our IVA approved.

They were never aggressive or threatening with us.

Get onto Payplan and get them to sort it out for you.
