Hi Guys
Further to my note above I see yet another company called Isaacs and Whey who claim to be solicitors writing to people in IVAs. Firstly, the Law Society have confirmed that they are not solicitors and like what’s already mentioned, ignore them.
As size5 mentioned, David Mond has done a great deal of work in tackling these rogue companies through the courts so lets keep up the good work.

Thanks

I appreciate that binning them is probably best in the long run, but for the moment if you could send them on to me, either by scanning and e mailing me, or by fax I would be most grateful. I can't post my fax number on here of course, but if you contact me by e mail or phone I will let you have the number. I really would appreciate it chaps and chapesses.

Regards.

I will send any further ones onto you size 5. This will continue while everthe insolvancy register is open for all to see. If it was restricted to a need to know basis these rouge firms would not have access to it.

Anopther reason in my humble opinion to change it.
Back to square one but what dunt kill you makes you stronger!!

We sometimes get two, but the last one went to hubby only - perhaps the snotty reply I sent to IVA Watchdog made its mark!

I will forward anything else on to you Size5 in future.

I'll send anything over to size5 as well, although not had anything for months so expecting to be unindated now I've spoken too soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi
I have only had one phone call from a company called Consumer Action Group and they made it sound as though they were quite official! In fact to start with I thought they were something to do with consumer advice I had taken over my electricity bill until I realised what they were on about.

I'm glad you cottoned on to them country girl. They are best ignored.
