IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

LNE - any particular reason? Your input has been great and will be missed.

I have been dealing with a lot of situations this week where I have had to make a decisions linked to continued involvement and to be honest this **** http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?wh ... 603#627515
**** thread now locked

makes it too much like being at work.

The board has been invaluable and i hope it continues to be so BUT it is clear that a revamp is coming and the board will lose a lot as a consequence.

That is the nature of change - a new generation of people going through an IVA should gain but the preceding generation will start finding that there is little to relate to.

I still think we have a lot to offer - particularly yourself who takes the time to look at things other posters need help on.

Without the help of this forum I don't think I'd be sitting here now having just received my confirmation letter today of IVA complete. I'm sure I speak for most on here, it's the most helpful forum for anyone in an IVA and can't quite believe the knowledge I now have. Take care LNE. You will be missed :(

I feel that the new generation need the help and guidance of those who preceeded them. Rather than having little to relate to we offer the bedrock of experience the new generation build upon.

Your particular skillset, Lifenoteasy, is particularly valuable.

There seems to be things going on of which I am not aware. Perhaps someone can enlighten me and I can pick the email on Monday. The forum seems to be losing some longstanding and extremely valuable members which would be a disaster.

This is a message originally posted elsewhere, from a most respected moderator

From my understanding the forum is not going.
Its a change of personnel which has caused a little unrest amongst some of the moderators who give their time freely to the forum.
The majority of moderators have given in excess of 8 years now which is a significant time - so for some it has come to a natural end and priorities on life change.
And on this point Foggy and I both believe it is time to lock this thread and hope we have given you all the reassurance that the forum is still here to offer the help and support you need through your journeys

We think it is also time to lock this thread !

Admin

Consequently this thread will be locked at the beginning of next week

Hubert - the forum remains as is. We all are here to continue the help and support to others who are starting out, going through and ending their iva journies.

As admin said earlier - this thread is to be locked - now appears a good time to do so.
Please continue post your questions and the moderators, experts and admin will give you as much support as they can.
