Looking to go down the iva route in the next few weeks, I have a salary sacrifice for a loan taken out through my work.... obviously it comes straight off my salary, I would like to finish paying it as it's through my work but as it comes straight off my salary I don't see any way of stopping it anyway....any ideas,?

It is one of the things you need to discuss with your prospective IP at the outset. Maybe chat to a few companies to compare advice.
