Hi all, have not posted for a while but do tend to pop in and out.
Had to renew car insurance Friday, so did the meerkat thing and found Santander to do the best deal, if there is such a thing at the moment! All taken out, no probs, get policy etc through the door Saturday morning... great.
Just had a phone call, it appears that the company they use for credit, premium credit, have knocked it back. "We are happy to continue with the cover", says the man, "all we need is a one off payment for the full amount"... I cant repeat on here what he was told!!!!!
That's not good is it? I can't understand why insurance companies do this. After all, if you don't pay then the policy gets cancelled!!

it's a nightmare isn't it? Fortunately much of my insurance was renewed just before the IVA but I have no idea what will happen next year. Fingers crossed, looks like I'll just have to stay with the same company
