If there is debt on a Santander Credit card, which will be turned into the IVA,

and the person has santander current accounts, then once the santander credit card debt it turned to the IVA, will the santander current accounts be frozen?

(the Santander Bank accounts have £0 balance in, No overdraft).

or they wil leave them alone?

(as santander Credit card, is the same company as santander current accounts)

You may find they try to offset the credit card debt against your current account - so its best if you look elsewhere for a current account - it safer and recommended

How can it be offset, if the bank account has £0 balance in?

Will the IP contact Santander bank to freeze it?

or santander Credit card will contact Santander bank to close the accounts ?

The bank wont care if there is nil balance they will still take the payments due to their card, taking the account into overdraft which will then be included in the IVA.

It would be shooting themselves in the foot but they could take you into an unauthorised overdraft which would then incur additional costs. Safest all round to close your account so it is no longer active.
