i would haggle with them sue, i do with virgin, got the sky took off as too expensive, have free cable in the bedroom, telephone and broadband down to 20 per month, shop around sue, if you have been a loyal customer for 9 yrs they prob won't do a credit check i have had no problems with mine.

I rang Virgin to see if we could have their services when we move and was told yes that would be fine. When I asked them when they upgraded the area to digital (I used to work for them when they were Telewest and the system didn't support it) they guy put me on hold for a while and then told me that yes I could have Virgin, but it wouldn't be digital and I couldn't have broadband! We'll have no option but to have Sky I'm afraid!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.
