Melanie

I did enquire about post office savings account but they only do one now which is high interest and you have to deposit 500 first. Any winnings come in my name so they have to be paid into my account but the counterfoils show its on her behalf. She does have a savings account at my current bank Barclays (the whole family use Barclays so its easy to pay each other/transfer in times of need on internet banking) which is why I asked if you are allowed to keep your own accounts.

If your daughter has her own account with Barclaus, there is no problem. Just transfer the money over when you have received it.
