I dont know what to do so any advice would be great!

My debts are as follows:

5k loan to lloyds
8k loan to lloyds
1900 to GE money (debenhams store card)
1000 to Barclaycard
1200 to lloyds credit card
1000 capital one credit card
900 to ge money (mothercare storecard)
100 to GE money (new look)
25 to ikano (new look again)
£300 to Next directory
£100 overdraft with my lloyds account.

total 19,525

I also have £192 overdraft with a joint account but my partner is clearing that when he gets paid in 2 weeks.
£712 in rent arrears (paying 100 back per month)
Also about £1000 in council tax (pay back £120 per month)
I also have a small provident loan, currently owe about £120 - nothing major and i pay 20 a week when she comes to my house.

Income is
£1000 partners income per month basic (overtime is about £250 but not guaranteed
£550 my wages per month
£600 tax credits per month (include child care element)
£180 child benefit
£60 CSA maintenance payment for my eldest daughter.

total 2390

I have 3 children - 7,3 and 1 and we live in a privately rented house which costs £750 per month which my partner pays all of.

Expenditure is as follows
Rent - £750 - partner pays
Council tax £151 - i pay
Nursery £400 per month approx - i pay but 80% of this comes to me through tax credits
Food shopping - we do a big shop of £150 per month and then smaller shops as and when for essentials so £400 total.
Gas,electric,water - 40 each per month
tv license - 35 every 3 months as a direct debit
Sky - partner pays £21 per month
Internet - £30
Phone bill £30 per month
i have a PAYG mobile - other half has a contract £30 a month.
Partners Car insurance - £35 per month
Partners car finance - 108 per month (3 years remaining)
He also has his own credit card and pays £80 per month.
total 2107

disposable income - 283
(i think i have listed pretty much everything but does not include the rent, council tax arrears and provident loan)

We was going to do an IVA but apparently our expenditure is more than our income so thats not going to work.
My only option is bankruptcy, which i want to do on my own, i dont want my partner included, all the above debts are mine he has his own credit card but it is a manageable amount and he is not in trouble paying that.

So where do i go from here, do i need to phone the court, or go to the court and pick up forms etc i haven't got a clue. Also i'll have trouble finding bank statements because a lot of them have probably been binned.
I'm also going to have trouble finding all the statements/pay slips that i'll need so i dont know how to go about getting them. the bank statements i could print off myself from my internet banking.

My rent agreement is still up with my IP so i have no idea whether i'd be allowed to stay in this house with being a BR, hopefully as my partner will not be and as he pays the rent and arrears he will not need to be notified.

The figures you have presented indicate that you have surplus income of £283, so I am not sure where the excess of expenditure over income comes from. Your IP may be reluctant to act in an IVA for you, as you could afford to almost pay all of your debts in full over the next five years if the creditors were to stop charging interest. In the circumstances a DMP might be a better option for you to explore.
