Hi all, feeling a bit better now the IVA has been accepted, I am sure my dad was looking after me today! Modifications were made re overtime payments and remortgage but was expecting that. Once I receive my chairmans report will let people know how they voted, think we owe about £55k jointly and are paying back £450 a month. IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.
