My husband's IVA proves your comments exactly Melanie - without your good relationships and your skill we would have been in a mess! J

I forgot to say that if David had read any criticism of you implied or otherwise he would then have lost his temper - he wont have a word said against you - implied or otherwise.J

I am glad that your hubby eventually arrived at my firm J, as I know he spoke to several other IP firms when he was deciding what to do.

David - if you are pointing that barbed comment at me, can I please make it clear that I enjoy excellent relationships with the creditor voting representatives and have no problem in justifying my proposals to anyone who has a direct interest in them.

If creditor represntatives have an issue with me, my firm or my policies, they will discuss it with me directly.
It is not a barbed comment nor is it aimed at you Melanie but it is a fact that TiX and the other creditor repesentatives have their own meetings on a regular basis and I am reliably informed that this is an area that is being monitored.

A number of practitioners consistently use the maximum figures within the guidelines for all of their cases.

Thanks ivas4us and if you have any problem with your allowances come back to me and if necessary a variation can be put forward.

I have a great IP and intend to to succeed. I am very lucky to have an IP whom I can go to if something goes wrong (which it won't) and who will do his utmost to find a solution to the problem. You can't ask for anymore.

I am assuming that you two are related! And that Wonder is perhaps not so happy with the budget in her IVA? Are you husband and wife - as I think the penny has just dropped for me?

If my "Miss Marple" is correct - then this highlights the fact that both parties to an IVA have to be entirely happy with the budget set, and not just one.

He's happy because I pay for the food and he doesn't have to budget on his part. He has spare money left over but all mine is taken up with my iva, food, child care and car. So I have none spare to buy extra's. I left the IVA to him but now regret that. I thought we were having joint iva but have one each but our wages were put together to work out both as I earn very little. Yes he's my hubby. [:I]

We have seperate IVA's but our income is all lumped together and all bills and IVA's paid out of the joint account.
