If following a 3 month salary review, you are required to pay additional funds into your IVA, is there any leeway with regards to the 14 days for the payment? The reason I ask is that I am in this position and I am quite willing to pay the additional funds into my IVA but I just need some more time ...

yes you should be able to keep it as it is for 'pain and suffering' only-if there was a loss of earnings this would no doubt be classed as a windfall and have to be paid into your IVA-I would run this past your IP in any case.

Hi Bepto, my sister helped us out with a f&f offer which was accepted so don't worry about the fact that it is a relative helping.Make sure though that the letter of offer is ONLY made on the basis of clearing the IVA and will only be paid into the arrangement for that reason only.
Good luck

equity release-when the valuation of your property is carried out and the 85% ltv applied,is the equity amount halved when you and your wife, in my case, own the property and I am the only one in an iva? therefore reducing the actual equity that can be paid into the arrangement?

I just need some clarification;if the IVA was concluded early, due to a F&F being accepted, and a completion certificate issued.Does the name stay on the register for normal 6yrs, from the start of the IVA, or can it now be removed?
Thanks
