God you poor thing! This is awful for you. I just don't understand this 4th year equity clause thing - which is in mine too. Im dreading the day it arrives for me, and just ty not to think about it too much at mo!

Hi again! Good News. I spoke to my supervisor re the breach notice and arrears and, following discussion, he suggested that the best course of action will be to put forward a proposal to extend my IVA for 3 or maybe even 6 months. He said that this way it would ''wipe'' the arrears - albeit I obviou...

Many Thanks for this Guys, feel a bit better about this - I did try 3 times today to contact my supervisor, left messages but he never got back to me as yet. Will try again tomorrow and post the response.
