We are paying £250.00 per month and are struggling with this but worried about the bankruptcy side, more importantly our house and want to know at what point do we have to sell the house.

our boiler packed up last year and we took a two month mortgage break, ill get things sorted. thanks for the reply.

Hi Kallis thanks for the reply, we are both worried about losing our house but if it was sold it would probly not quite clear the debts and outstanding mortgage, its like all the worries are sslowly returning.

Hi guys, sorry to trouble you all with a negative story but were now quite concerned. we have fell behind with the paying of our overtime payments and just havent seemed to be able to catch up. I think your right kallis but even if we split we still have to sort the finances out, its just not going to go away.

I wouldnt say were trying to live a normal life, holidays etc are long gone but need to have another look at things.

there is a small amount of equity in the house but not enough to clear the debts. Dont think id ever buy a house again given the choice.

our first contact was tina s and the advice we received has served us well.
were 9 months into our iva and im not gonna pretend its all plain sailing but were a darn sight better off than if wed done nothing.
