our iva went thru yesterday, are main creditors were lloydstsb, with a loan and overdraft, so i do think it depends all on the persons situation!! good luck anyway and keep us posted.

as some of you no i have done a different post, but i was just wondering are there any really relly difficult creditors out there i do have a date for my meeting but all sorts is still rushing thru my head... (like every1 else i no).

Hi, my partner is curretly going thru an iva, with debt from a perious relationship, we have the creditors meetin on the 26th june i am so scared as gettin the iva will really get him on the way to being debt free, we are scared the creditors will turn it down?
