Guys, on a semi related note, i asked how much i owed, and was quoted £4500, however in a letter dated May 2008 i had paid £7,200 into my IVA so far, and since then have paid in another £4,200 for a total of £11,400, in the same letter it said that my creditors were owed a total of £12, 472.15, howe...

The biggest stress for me has been the fact that I was made unemployed in December last year and informed them of the fact by letter, which apparently they never received, so since then until now, I've lived a life of a hermit just to be able to make the payments that have been due, I owe £4800 now ...

What's a bit annoying is, the conversation i had was exactly the same conversation i had with someone 3 months ago, so surely this was all on record, plus I informed my supervisor by email on the 28th of August to inform them of the reasons, to which I had a further conversation with her on the tele...

My proposition (it might be the silliest of propositions) is just to add the 2 missed payments months to the end of my term, so rather than finishing next October, i'll be finishing in December

And to top it off, an email was supposedly sent to me asking for a payment this month and funnily enough that was never received (I have a specific email account for dealing with Nuttalls)

Grr - have just had someone from my IVA call me up to ask me about payment AFTER I informed them 2 weeks ago that my August payment would be missed due to the circumstances above, AND i've also been informed that 3 missed payments ANYWHERE within the terms of the IVA period would constitute a breach...
