Pleased to report that after contacting my case worker and David Mond, David has carried out a final review and come up with a revised figure which is much more realistic and resolved the issue. He also confirmed that DRSP have completed my PPI investigation after starting it in January 2013. Hopefu...

Morning all, Looking for some help before I get on the phone to ClearDebt on Monday to tell them exactly what I think of them! Made my 60th and final payment of £257 into my IVA in June 2014. Received this email from my advisor at ClearDebt . . . 'Hi Andrew, I have completed a final review and no ad...

Same story here Mole! Visit in January 2013 and signed a rain forest of paperwork with the assurance that it would all be sorted in 12 to 16 weeks, more like 12 to 16 years at this rate!! Had another visit in the summer, more paperwork in the post and a phone call last week with another two possible...

They will find out if you are a Cleardebt customer. As part of their PPI investigation process, through DRSP, they inform them that you are in an IVA. Not sure how other companies go about the PPI process. DRSP contact 'all' of your creditors and your current account holder, even if they are not inc...

Their CEO David Mond is already aware what DRSP are doing! I told him and Tom O'Connor two weeks ago. However, the replies I have had from them still indicate that, although RBS are my current account provider and I have no other accounts with them, they 'MUST' be contacted as part of a PPI investig...

You would think that Cleardebt would be responsible enough not to contact my current banking provider wouldn't you! I have contacted Tom O'Connor at Cleardebt and copied in Mr Mond, however they are still maintaining their stance that DRSP (their appointed PPI claims company) MUST contact all credit...

Hi Foggy, no previous debts with RBS, just my current account that I use for my day to day banking. Cleardebt (DRSP) are contacting them, along with loads of others to explore any potential PPI claim, they are even contacting Virgin Media, who I have my TV etc with! I assume they are working from de...

Mel, I have recently had communications with Cleardebt, in particular Tom O'Connor, raising concerns about their PPI claims company DRSP contacting RBS (my current account holder) to investigate any potential PPI claim. Even though I have insisted I do not want RBS contacted for fear of them finding...

Hi, I have recently had 'issues' regarding Child Tax Credits, a small payrise and the removal of the 'baby element' resulted in an overpayment in April and May of this year. Our payments have now reduced from £170 per month to £18 a month!!!! I have had a number of conversations on the telephone wit...

Hi Amy, totally agree, it can be very frustrating!! I recently paid my Council Tax via the internet on my debit card, the amount came off of my available balance, then a few days later the amount was put back again and in the end took five days for the transaction to reapear!! I am with RBS who are ...

Hi fingerscrossed, I was up to date with payments on my Barclaycard up until my IVA was accepted on 6th July. Was due to make a payment to them on the 7th July!! Obviously didn't make that payment and think I can now officially add them to my 'friends & family' they have called that often . . . infa...
