We paid our F&F in January 2012 and then took almost 7 months after that for them to say we had to sign all the paperwork for PPI claim and were told it could take another 4 months which it did so it was 13 months in all since F&F payment. It took so long with the closure team because of the ongoing PPI claim. I can only assume that this has been dealt with or else we wouldnt have received the certificate. We havnt been notified of the outcome of the PPI claim though but this may be standard procedure. I would be interested to know if...

Must admit Kallis that we've gone back to basics this summer with the kids. Trips to the swimmimg baths where the kids go free, picnics in the park, bike rides etc. Its kept them amused without breaking the bank and got them excercising at the same time so killed 2 birds with 1 stone.
